Returns
I love that you can get a credit for your tickets. So many times plans change and I can reuse themNov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Jun 23
Awesome App!
I love this app! I've used it for years, it's super easy to navigate, always has great deals on tickets, and will notify you when artists you like have shows near you!May 8
Concert tickets
I just started using Seat Geek about four days ago and I’m already impressed. I have already gotten tickets for 2 different concerts with ease, accuracy and speed. I would definitely recommend to a friend.Jun 4
Thank you seat geek!
Beat my head against the wall trying to buy tickets from another “officially sanctioned” outfit and nothing but frustration. Went to seat geek. 5 minutes later I have nice seats in my phone’s wallet. EasyNov 14
Last Minute Clutch
SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently! Thank you SeatGeek for getting us to see our favorite team!Apr 13
Best Seat Buying APP!
Love the app, always use it, I used to compare prices but realized Seat Geek is by far the easiest process to buy tickets. Will always use this app and recommend to friends.Apr 17
Best App to Shop!
After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! And more, I’m looking forward to buying more tickets and having lots of fun with seat geek!!!Sep 17
Great App
SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.May 17
