Drake is officially getting ready to go back on the road.
After months of new music, cryptic teasers and an ambitious visual project titled Fear of Missing Out, the Toronto rapper has confirmed that he plans to tour worldwide in 2027. Exact Drake tour dates, cities and venues have not been announced yet, but the comments give fans the clearest indication yet that a major new live run is coming.
“Obviously, tour is coming and there’s other things on the horizon, some big shows,” Drake said around the premiere of FOMO, later adding that he expects to be “out 2027 to see everybody again across the world.”
The announcement arrives during one of Drake’s busiest stretches in years. He released three albums — ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR — in May 2026, then used FOMO to preview even more unreleased music and collaborations.

Is Drake going on tour in 2027?
Yes, at least according to Drake. During an interview around the Sept. 15 premiere of FOMO, Drake confirmed that he plans to tour in 2027 and described the upcoming run as taking him “across the world.”
A complete schedule has not been announced yet, so there are currently no confirmed 2027 cities or venues. Drake also has not revealed an official tour name.
The upcoming run would follow Drake’s It’s All a Blur Tour, which began in 2023 and continued into April 2024. The original run featured 21 Savage, while the 2024 Big as the What? extension included J. Cole on many dates.
Drake later took the Anita Max Win Tour to Australia in early 2025, although the final four scheduled shows in Australia and New Zealand were ultimately canceled. He then toured the U.K. and Europe with PartyNextDoor on $ome $pecial $hows 4 UK EU.
The 2027 tour would therefore mark his next major opportunity to bring several years of newer material to audiences around the world.
What is Drake's "FOMO" project?
FOMO, short for Fear of Missing Out, is Drake’s self-described “not so short film” that premiered in September 2026.
The project blends music videos, cinematic sequences and footage from Drake’s summer with previously unreleased songs and appearances from other artists. Drake described the concept as “self-funded surrealism” centered around making the most of a summer.
More importantly for fans waiting for his next tour, FOMO became the setting for Drake to confirm his plans to return to the road in 2027.
The film also revisits different eras of Drake’s career, mixing new material with visual references to some of the songs and moments that have defined his catalog.
What new music did Drake preview in "FOMO?"
Drake used FOMO to preview nine new tracks.
The project includes unreleased collaborations with Don Toliver, Yeat and PartyNextDoor, adding another collection of new material to an already busy year for Drake.
One of the most prominent previews is Drake’s interpolation of Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” which features Don Toliver. Yeat and PartyNextDoor also appear on unreleased songs elsewhere in the project.
Release plans for much of the music previewed in FOMO have not been announced.
That makes the timing of the 2027 world tour particularly notable. Drake could enter the tour with multiple recent albums plus another collection of songs released between now and the opening show.
What songs should we expect on Drake’s 2027 tour?
Drake will have a lot of new material to work with when he returns to the road.
He released ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR simultaneously on May 15, 2026, adding 43 songs to his catalog in a single day. The three projects debuted at Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on the Billboard 200, respectively, while ICEMAN became his 15th No. 1 album.
Then came FOMO, which previewed another batch of unreleased songs and collaborations that could be released before the tour begins.
That means Drake’s 2027 setlist could look very different from his last major North American run. The newest albums give Drake plenty of fresh material to build into the setlist, while longtime staples from Take Care, Nothing Was the Same, Views, Scorpion and Certified Lover Boy should still give him plenty of room for the career-spanning stretches that have defined his recent tours.
