    Better than expected

As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be

    The best ticket app

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

About Metallica Tickets

Metallica has been redefining what heavy metal can be since James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich founded the band in Los Angeles in 1981, and more than 45 years later, the current lineup of Hetfield, Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, and Robert Trujillo is playing with a ferocity that critics say rivals their best work ever. With multiple Grammy Awards, six consecutive studio albums debuting at number one on the Billboard 200, and a catalog that spans thrash anthems like "Master of Puppets" to genre-crossing tracks from their 2023 release 72 Seasons, they remain one of the most decorated and enduring acts in rock history. Rolling Stone placed them among the 100 greatest artists of all time, and the band keeps proving that ranking right every single night they take a stage.

The M72 World Tour, launched in April 2023 in support of 72 Seasons, has grown into one of the most ambitious concert tours of the decade, spanning 99 shows across 26 countries and drawing nearly five million fans to its signature in-the-round stadium production with the iconic Snake Pit at center stage. Their No Repeat Weekend format, where back-to-back shows feature completely different setlists and support acts, means no two nights are ever the same, a commitment to the live experience that no other band at this scale even attempts. The tour resumes in May 2027 with a dozen new North American stadium dates featuring Limp Bizkit and Avatar, proving the M72 era is far from finished.

Before those stadium shows roll around, Metallica is launching Life Burns Faster, a 24-show residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas beginning October 2026, where the band's music will collide with the venue's 160,000-square-foot wraparound LED display and spatial audio to create something entirely new. Originally announced as eight dates, the residency tripled in size due to overwhelming demand, and fans have even been invited to submit personal concert photos to be projected onto the Sphere's massive screen during the shows. From a custom-built immersive production in the most technologically advanced venue on Earth to stadium stages that put fans inches from the band, Metallica continues to push the boundaries of what a live concert can be.

Metallica is a legendary heavy metal band formed in 1981 by drummer Lars Ulrich and vocalist/guitarist James Hetfield. They are known for pioneering the thrash metal genre, producing globally acclaimed albums, and delivering high-energy live performances. Over their four-decade career, the band has sold over 125 million albums worldwide and won nine Grammy Awards.

Some of Metallica’s most iconic and widely recognized songs include:

  • “Enter Sandman”

  • “Master of Puppets”

  • “One”

  • “Nothing Else Matters”

  • “Seek & Destroy”

  • “Fade to Black”

  • “The Unforgiven”

  • “Sad but True”

  • “Battery”

  • “For Whom the Bell Tolls”

These tracks have become staples of heavy metal and rock radio, defining the band’s career and influencing countless artists in the genre.

Yes — Metallica is currently active on two fronts in their ongoing M72 World Tour. First, they are headlining the Life Burns Faster residency at Sphere in Las Vegas, with show dates running from October 2026 through March 2027. Then, starting May 8, 2027, the band launches a new run of North American stadium dates, kicking off in Vancouver and hitting cities across the Southwest, Midwest, and beyond before wrapping June 19, 2027 in Salt Lake City.

The spring 2027 North American leg of Metallica's M72 World Tour features support from Limp Bizkit and Avatar. Both acts will appear across the 12-date stadium run, which kicks off May 8, 2027 in Vancouver and concludes June 19, 2027 in Salt Lake City.

Metallica's most recent album is 72 Seasons, released in 2023. The album has been praised for its blend of classic thrash metal intensity with modern production, showcasing the band's signature riffs, intricate songwriting, and compelling lyrical themes.

Metallica has received widespread critical acclaim and numerous awards throughout their career. Highlights include 9 Grammy Awards, including Best Metal Performance for songs like "One," "Enter Sandman," and "St. Anger," induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009, multiple MTV Video Music Awards and American Music Awards, and recognition as one of the best-selling music artists of all time, with over 125 million albums sold worldwide. They are consistently cited as one of the most influential heavy metal bands in history, with both their albums and live performances earning lasting acclaim.
