Welcome to SeatGeek Front Row, where SeatGeek employees share their best tips for getting the most out of live events. For this edition, Community Manager (and lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan) Maddison Dawson gives us an inside look at the Premium Spaces experience at a Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium.

Ask five Cowboys fans about their perfect game day and you’ll probably get five different answers. That’s part of what makes a Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium so special.

You can tailgate with friends before kickoff, grab a drink and something to eat, settle into your seat early, or spend the afternoon soaking up the energy of the crowd around you. With that said, if you want a next-level game day experience, the premium seating options come with incredible perks.

At AT&T Stadium, “premium” means more than just a better seat. It’s an upgrade to nearly every part of game day.

AT&T Stadium has premium spaces across multiple levels, each with its own take and offerings. Depending on your ticket, perks range from extra-comfortable seating to elevated food and beverages to exclusive lounges and especially close views of the action. The fun part is seeing what each different premium space has to offer.

Wondering what all of this actually feels like once you're inside? That’s what I'm going to dig into. Going way beyond just what the seating chart says, I'm going to highlight what you can expect from the moment you arrive, where you’ll spend your time, and all the little details that make a Cowboys premium ticket the ultimate full-day experience.

Premium seating options at AT&T Stadium

The premium spaces at AT&T Stadium aren't interchangeable. Where you sit can shape everything from your view of the game to how you spend the breaks between plays.

The Founders Club

Located at midfield on both sidelines, the Founders Club is designed around one of the things that matters most at a football game: being able to see the action unfold. It’s a great choice for fans who want exceptional midfield views, with sightlines to the game, warmups, and the players’ tunnel walkout.

AT&T Stadium - Founders Club

Founders C-210 sits on the Cowboys sideline, while C-235 is on the visitor sideline. The first row is about 22 rows from the field, and no seat is more than 35 rows back, giving the club a consistently strong view of the game. Unlike the Owners Club and Legends Club, the Founders Club also offers views of the field from the lounge area, so you can keep up with the action even when you're away from your seat.

The Owners Club

The Owners Club, located at C-110 and C-111, sits in the 100-level lower bowl and offers a more private, elevated game-day experience.

Most guests with Owners Club access are seated on the home sideline near midfield, between the 40-yard lines, offering a great view of the action. The more exclusive Owners Club suites offer a separate experience with seats reserved for guests with dedicated tickets.

As the largest club, it offers a private entrance, lounge access, and all-inclusive food and beverage. These perks make it an appealing premium option for entertaining clients or enjoying a game with guests.

AT&T Stadium Owners Club Lounge

The Legends Club

Located at C-135 and C-136, the Legends Club offers a comfortable, family-friendly setting for game day, with lounge access and all-inclusive food and drinks.

Most guests with Legends Club access are seated on the visitor sideline, between the 40-yard lines, putting you close to the action. Whether you're bringing the kids to their first Cowboys game or planning a special outing together, the Legends Club offers the flexibility to watch from your seats, take a break in the lounge, and return to the action whenever you're ready.

AT&T Legends Club Premium Seats

The Field Club

Located at field level, the Field Club gives you a chance to watch warmups much closer to the action. The tunnel walkout is also visible from the Field Club patio, so there's plenty happening around you before the game even gets underway.

Access to the Field Club is included with Founders Club, Owners Club, and Legends Club access. While the Field Club does not offer all-inclusive food and beverage, guests with access to one of the other three clubs can enjoy all-inclusive drinks while there.

For fans who want to get as close to the players as possible, the Field Club offers a unique way to experience game day from field level.

Tips for making the most of your Cowboys premium ticket at AT&T Stadium

A Cowboys premium game day at AT&T Stadium isn't just about where you're sitting. The food, comfort, atmosphere and little conveniences all play a role in enhancing the overall experience.

Come to the stadium hungry

One of the biggest perks of a premium ticket is the all-inclusive food and beverages at the Owners Club, Legends Club, and Founders Club. Guests with access to any of these clubs can also visit the Field Club, where all-inclusive drinks are available, though food is not included there.

And there are plenty of options to enjoy throughout the game, with food replenished regularly and the menu changing at halftime to offer a fresh selection during the break. Carving stations and tasty desserts are especially worth keeping an eye out for, whether you're grabbing a plate before kickoff or stopping by later in the game.

AT&T Stadium Premium Food

Every touch makes a difference. Coffee is available on request, so just ask a staff member if you need a little caffeine boost. If you have dietary restrictions, let someone know and they can help point you toward options that work for you.

With plenty of opportunities to grab a bite before kickoff, during the game, and at halftime, you can spend less time worrying about meals and more time watching each play unfold.

Comfort is part of the game day experience

A Cowboys game is a full afternoon, so a little extra comfort can make a big difference. Wider, padded seats give you more room to settle in and spread your legs, while private restrooms inside the clubs make breaks quicker, easier and nicer.

Club lounge access also gives you another space to relax, grab a drink, or stretch your legs between plays.

Arrive early to the game

Premium game day starts well before the whistle. Club doors typically open at least two hours before kickoff, giving you time to settle in, explore your space, and enjoy the amenities before the game.

If you're planning to tailgate, the parking lots open about five hours before kickoff, so you can make a full day of it before heading inside.

Arriving early also gives you a chance to catch pregame warmups and, depending on your club, watch the players' tunnel walkout from a great vantage point.

Stick around your seats after the final play

No need to rush towards the exit the second the game ends. Club lounges stay open for roughly an hour after the final whistle, giving you time to hang out, relax in the lounge, and let some of the postgame traffic clear.

It's a more relaxed way to wrap up the day before heading to the parking lots.

Know your stadium entrance before you arrive

Knowing your best entrance option before arriving can make getting into AT&T Stadium much easier. For premium guests seated on the home side, Entries E and F are convenient options, while Entries A and K are generally better suited for fans on the visitor side.

Some entrances are designated exclusively for club and suite guests, so check your ticket and the stadium's current entry guidance before heading to the game.

Keep the stadium bag policy in mind

AT&T Stadium follows the NFL's clear-bag policy, so make sure your bag fits the approved guidelines before heading to the stadium. Clear bags can be up to 12" x 6" x 12", while one-gallon freezer bags and small clutches up to 4.5" x 6.5" are also permitted.
