Best Ticket App
I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Apr 17
Best App to Shop!
After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! And more, I’m looking forward to buying more tickets and having lots of fun with seat geek!!!Oct 12

About Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a theatrical continuation of the original wizarding saga, now condensed into a powerful three-hour (with intermission) spectacle on Broadway’s Lyric Theatre . Rather than revisiting Harry’s youth, the story focuses on his son Albus and Draco Malfoy’s son Scorpius, who discover a dangerous time-travel spell that threatens their futures and alters familiar events . Featuring jaw-dropping stage magic—from flying wands and moving furniture to time-bending visuals—it delivers true theater wizardry. Critics from The New York Times, People, USA Today, and Variety have praised its “marvel of imagination,” calling it “a spellbinding theatrical blockbuster."
The show debuted on Broadway as a two-part epic in 2018, running for nearly five hours. In recent years it’s been streamlined—first into 3.5 hours post-pandemic, and now just under three hours with one intermission—to enhance pacing and accessibility. Its impressive track record includes six Tony Awards (including Best Play) and nine Olivier Awards in London, making it one of the most decorated non-musical plays ever. Performances run eight times weekly, with tickets often starting around $67–$92 before fees, depending on availability and date.
The play follows Albus Potter, Harry's son, as he starts at Hogwarts and struggles with the weight of his family’s legacy. Alongside Scorpius Malfoy, he discovers a time-turner that leads them into an adventure with major consequences for the wizarding world. It's a story about friendship, legacy and rewriting the past.
The show is currently playing at the Lyric Theatre in New York City (214 W 43rd St, Manhattan). The venue was specially renovated to create a magical experience from the moment you walk in.
The Broadway version is a single-part play, running approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes including one intermission. (It was originally staged in two parts but has since been condensed.)
Yes! The show is widely praised for its groundbreaking stage magic, including illusions, levitating objects, time travel effects and live choreography. It’s often described as one of the most technically impressive shows on Broadway.
The play is recommended for ages 10 and up due to its length, emotional themes and some intense moments. Children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre.
Harry Potter and The Cursed Child playing at the Lyric Theatre in New York will have Tom Felton there to play Draco Malfoy from 11/12/2025 to 5/10/2026. Tickets are on sale now.
Ticket prices depend on a variety of factors, like time of purchase, venue, seat location and more. You can find Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets for as low as $108.
