Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!

We had the best club seats for the TCU and Michigan game New Years Eve. The view was exactly like what we saw when we looked on Seat Geek. The app made the process easy. We’d use Seat Geek again.

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

My dad and I bought NFL tickets 30 minutes before kickoff. They were delivered instantaneously and we got into the game. Will definitely use again.
