aespa's “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” tour has officially made its way to North America, bringing Karina, Winter, Giselle and Ningning back in front of MYs with a brand-new show.

aespa is not exactly known for keeping things simple. The group leans all the way into the visuals, choreography and larger-than-life production that have become such a big part of its concerts.

Now that the first North American shows are in the books, fans have a much better idea of what to expect.

Here’s everything to know about aespa’s “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” tour, including the remaining dates, opening act, expected start time, runtime, setlist and more.

Ultimate guide to aespa’s “SYNK : COMPLæXITY”

“SYNK : COMPLæXITY” is aespa’s 2026–27 world tour and the fourth major installment in the group’s SYNK concert series.

This is a completely new show rather than an updated version of aespa’s previous tour. The concert is split into five acts — Singularity, Invasion, Confinement, Awakening and Resolution — with each section bringing a different look and feel to the stage.

Video interludes connect the five acts, while aespa’s digital æ counterparts, large screens, visual effects and choreography all play into the futuristic concept.

The North American leg began Sept. 15 at TD Coliseum in Hamilton and has since made stops in Belmont Park and Washington, D.C.

Who is opening for aespa on “SYNK : COMPLæXITY?”

There has been no opening act at any of aespa’s first three North American shows in Hamilton, Belmont Park or Washington, D.C., and no support artist is currently listed for the remaining dates.

What time does aespa go on stage?

The remaining North American shows are scheduled for 8 p.m. local time.

At the Sept. 22 show in Washington, D.C., aespa took the stage around 8:20 p.m. That gives fans a useful reference point, but start times can vary by city, so don’t count on having those extra 20 minutes.

Aim to be in your seat by 7:45 p.m. so you have time to clear security, find your section and be ready when the show begins.

How long is an aespa concert?

Expect aespa’s “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” concert to last around two hours to two hours and 15 minutes.

The Hamilton show ended around 10:15 p.m. after an 8 p.m. scheduled start, while UBS Arena listed the Belmont Park concert from 8 to 10 p.m. Washington, D.C. started a little later, with aespa taking the stage around 8:20 p.m.

Based on the first three North American stops, fans should expect to be leaving the arena sometime around 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., depending on when the show actually begins.

That does not include post-show VIP activities such as Hi-Bye or Send-Off, which can keep fans at the venue longer.

What songs from aespa’s current era are in the setlist?

LEMONADE is all over the “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” setlist, with eight songs from the album making the North American show.

That includes “LEMONADE,” “Switchblade,” “WDA (Whole Different Animal),” “Camouflage,” “Can’t Help Myself,” “Bite,” “SHAKIN’” and “‘Til We Die.”

“Count on Me” and “Angel #48” come from Rich Man, while “KISS N TELL” is the title track from aespa’s 2026 Japanese mini album.

Fans also get all four member solo songs from the SYNK : COMPLæXITY – 2026 Special Digital Single: Karina’s “16 Bit,” Winter’s “Saddle Up,” Giselle’s “BYEB4HELLO” and Ningning’s “I Love You but I Gotta Let You Go.”

One song that has disappeared from the show is “My Plan,” which was part of the original Seoul setlist but has not carried over to North America.

Does aespa play older hits?

Yes. Even with so much of the show built around newer music, aespa still makes room for several of its biggest songs.

“Black Mamba” shows up early in the night, while “Armageddon,” “Next Level” and “Supernova” all arrive later in the set. “Next Level” gets an EDM makeover, and “Supernova” is performed as a remix.

“YEPPI YEPPI” also gives longtime fans a deeper cut from the Savage era.

A few major songs have been left out so far, though. “Drama,” “Savage” and “Girls” did not appear at the first two North American shows.

Is there an encore at aespa’s “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” concert?

Yes, although aespa handles the ending a little differently than a traditional encore.

After “Supernova,” the show moves into its final act, Resolution, with “YEPPI YEPPI” followed by “‘Til We Die” to close the night.

The Seoul version also included “My Plan” during this stretch, but that song has not appeared in the North American set so far.

What is the “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” production like?

This is where “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” really starts to feel like an aespa show.

The concert is split into five cinematic acts, with video interludes connecting each section and aespa’s digital æ counterparts appearing across the screens throughout the night.

The production keeps changing as the show moves along. Karina opens “Count on Me” at the piano before the other members join her, while the middle of the concert gives each member more room to take over the stage through the solo and unit performances.

Ningning’s solo is more vocal-focused, Winter’s “Saddle Up” leans heavily into choreography and Karina’s “16 Bit” grows into a larger dance sequence with backup dancers.

Later, “SHAKIN’” brings the futuristic aespa look back to the forefront with electric effects and real-time graphics filling the screens around the group.

There is a lot happening visually, but the best moments come when the choreography, lighting and video all hit at once.

When should you arrive for aespa’s concert?

If you just want enough time to get through security, find your seat and settle in before aespa comes out, arriving about an hour before the listed 8 p.m. start is a good target.

If you want merchandise, get there earlier. Hamilton had a public merch stand open in the afternoon, while Belmont Park also offered an outdoor stand before the show.

VIP fans should plan for a much earlier arrival. Check-in and early-entry times can begin several hours before the concert, so follow the instructions sent for your specific date rather than relying on the general show time.

What should you bring to an aespa concert?

If you have an aespa lightstick, bring it. The crowd is a big part of the visual experience at these shows, and the lightsticks add another layer once the arena goes dark.

You’ll also want enough battery to make it through the night, especially with all the photos, videos and pre-show time that can add up before aespa even takes the stage. A portable charger can save you from having to ration your phone late in the show.

Beyond that, keep it simple. Wear something you’ll be comfortable standing and dancing in, bring only what your venue allows and check the arena’s bag policy before heading out.

What should fans wear to “SYNK : COMPLæXITY?”

aespa gives fans plenty to pull from if you want to dress for the theme.

Black, silver and metallic looks fit naturally with the group’s futuristic style, while Y2K-inspired outfits and brighter LEMONADE-era colors work just as well. You’ll also see plenty of member-inspired looks, custom shirts and handmade accessories from MYs who want to make the outfit their own.

There’s no need to overthink it, though. Pick something that feels like aespa, feels like you and is comfortable enough to wear through a two-hour concert.

Is aespa’s “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” good for younger fans?

Yes, but parents should check the rules for their specific venue since age and minor-admission policies can vary from arena to arena.

The bigger things to plan for are the volume and the late finish. The concert runs for about two hours, and VIP activities can keep fans at the venue even longer after the final song.

For younger fans or anyone sensitive to loud sound, ear protection is a good idea.
