Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be(•_•). (•_•,)

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!RP1!

Forget the Backstreet Boys, BTS is today’s hot new boy band. This seven-member group, also known as the Bangtan Boys, came together in South Korea and has been on the rise ever since. Their third album, Love Yourself: Tear, topped at #1 on the Billboard 200, which making them the first and only Korean artist to achieve this as of 2019. Their fourth album Love Yourself: Answer has sold over 1. 9 million copies on Gaon Album Chart in August 2018, breaking the historical record of the chart. Unlike some past popular boy bands, BTS has risen during the peak of the social media era. In fact, the group is well-known for their large social media presence; Forbes reported BTS was the most retweeted artist on Twitter for 2017 and 2018. In November of 2017, Guinness World Records announced BTS had earned a spot in their 2018 edition for “having the world's most Twitter engagements for a music group. ” If you’re familiar with the genre of K-pop, then you’ve probably heard of these guys. This successful group is made up of young men who started singing, performing and producing in their early teenage years. BTS is actually an acronym for a rather fitting Korean expression: Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to mean “Bulletproof Boy Scouts. ” This group certainly appears bulletproof when it comes to their rise in fame and success. Since their debut in 2013, the group has co-written and composed to release more than ten studio albums.
